Reformer:  Focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates done at a more deliberate pace.  Prerequisite: An introductory one-on-one session is required before taking a group reformer class.

Yoga: Hatha yoga style incorporating breathing, holding poses and ending with a few minutes of quiet meditation.
designed to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Chair Yoga:  This is gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  Chair yoga poses, or Asanas, are created for the student who maybe unable, for any reason, to participate in a traditional yoga class.
